I advise you regarding your gear and race strategy, assist you with nutrition and support you with planning your whole race season. At any point in time I can be reached via e-mail or you can contact me on my cell phone.
You are expected to send me your training records on a weekly basis.
The more detailed you are with your reports, the better I can design a perfect, custom made 3 week training schedule exactly according to your current needs and circumstances. Receiving your constant feedback also allows me to check on your progress and if necessary make adjustments so that we succeed in achieving your goal. Although long lasting athlete-trainer-relationships have proven to be most fruitful, there is no obligation for several months commitments. Your only commitment is to run the miles, report back and have fun with it!
